Do you cater to dietary restrictions and/or allergies?

When you make your booking with Fabrik, you will have the opportunity to provide information about any allergies or additional dietary restrictions. Due to the nature of our concept and our small team, we may be unable to accommodate individual dietary requirements. If you have an allergy or would like a particular ingredient omitted, please contact us before making a reservation to discuss. Due to the volume of nuts and soy utilized in our cuisine, we do not cater to any nut or soy allergies. There may be certain exceptions to this if it is limited to a specific nut - please text us to discuss and confirm prior to making your reservation at(512) 222-9816. If you have special requests, we ask that you make your booking at least 48 hours in advance so we have enough time to prep accordingly to best serve you.

Is Fabrik available to rent out for private events?

Yes! Our small, intimate space is ideal for company events, engagement celebrations, elopements, anniversary parties, or any other small event. We can accommodate up to 22 guests for formal, seated dinners, or can accommodate up to 40 guests for a more casual standing & sitting mixers. Do you take large parties?

You can book a party up to 6 on our Opentable. If you would like to book a party larger than that, you can contact us directly via email or text 512.222.9816

Note* If you are a party of 5 or more, we enforce a mandatory 20% gratuity.

Are children welcome at Fabrik?

Because Fabrik is such an intimate space, we do not accommodate children under the age of 12, as we want to ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests. Please ensure that your younger accompanying guests are comfortable sitting for the duration of the tasting, which can last up to 2.5 hours. All guests must participate in the tasting menu regardless of age.

Is there a cancellation/rebooking fee?

So long as you rebook at least 48 hours prior to your reservation, there will be no cancellation or rebooking fee. Should you cancel or rebook within the 48 hour window, we will charge a $50 per person fee - this is to cover some of the food and operational cost that may have been sourced in anticipation for your visit. If it is at all possible, we would be grateful if you do cancel with more notice, as that gives us a greater opportunity to fill the reservation. Thank you, kindly!

Is everything at Fabrik vegan?

Yes, everything is 100% vegan, including our wines & beverages.  

Where can I park?

The Tarrytown Shopping Center in which we are located has ample parking on Windsor Road as well as around back via Expedition Blvd.

Is there walk-in seating available?

To ensure our guests are not interrupted during their tasting experience, Fabrik is by reservation only. If you would like to see if we have an opening at the last minute, feel free to send a text and we’ll see if we can accommodate you!

Is there a dress code at Fabrik?

There is no dress code at Fabrik. While our food and environment is intentionally upscale, we want you to be comfortable and relaxed during your tasting experience - whether that’s in a t-shirt and jeans or a tuxedo. If you like to dress up, your visit to Fabrik is definitely a prime opportunity to do so.

Is Fabrik wheelchair accessible?

Our restaurant and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. There is handicapped parking with wheelchair access along the sidewalk of the front of Tarrytown Shopping Center, as well as via the back parking area if you enter through the breezeway. We are happy to assist you however is most beneficial to you to ensure you have a comfortable experience. Please make note of your requirements when booking so we can select a seat that is most optimal for your individual needs.
